Agreement
By accessing Vivido’s services or website, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

Services
We provide bespoke creative work—brand discovery workshops, visual identity systems, social-media campaigns, and launch collateral.

Quotations & Payment
Proposals remain valid for 30 days. Work begins after a 50 % deposit; the balance is due on final delivery. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included unless stated otherwise. Extra rounds are billed hourly.

Intellectual Property
On full payment you gain an exclusive licence to use the final deliverables. Working files and unused concepts remain Vivido’s property.

Client Obligations
Timely feedback and accurate information are required; delays may extend the schedule.

Limitation of Liability
Vivido’s total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific project; no indirect or consequential damages.

Third-Party Materials
Stock assets licensed from third parties remain subject to their own licence terms.

Termination
Either party may terminate in writing; work completed to date will be invoiced.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
